SEBON adds 30% right issue of Shikhar Insurance in its pipeline and Standard Chartered Bank proposes 22.5% cash dividend

Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has included the correct issue of Shikhar Insurance Company (SICL) in its pipeline.

The organization is giving 30% (1:0.3) right offers for its current investors. A sum of 31.71 lakh units will be given.

NIBL Ace Capital is designated as the issue supervisor of the correct issuance.

The paid-up capital of SICL as of Q4 2075/76 stands at Rs 1.05 arba. After the issuance of 30% right offers it will arrive at Rs 1.36 arba.

Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) has proposed 22.50% money profit for its investors from the benefit of FY 2075/76.

The 387th Board Meeting of the Bank hung on October 21, 2019 has chosen to propose the profit. It is dependent upon endorsement from Nepal Rastra Bank and the up and coming AGM of the bank.

SCB’s paid-up capital as of Q4 2075/76 remained at Rs 8.01 arba and made net benefit of Rs 2.49 arba.
